Appointment Cancellations
For appointments within the Lower Mainland, we ask that you give two full business days notice before the day of your appointment, in order to cancel. Cancellations within that time frame will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% your appointment cost.
For appointments in the Interior of BC or Okanagan, we ask that you give seven full business days notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within that time frame will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% your appointment cost.
For appointments on Vancouver Island, we ask that you give seven business days notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within that time frame will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% your appointment cost.
Warranties
Many of our manufacturers offer a warranty on either the tree or leather of the saddle. Please be sure to have registered your saddle through their website within 30 days of receiving your saddle. If you have a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer of your saddle directly for service, as they are the provider of the warranty.
Returns
We accept returns of unused merchandise within seven days of purchase. All custom ordered saddles and tack are a final sale. All used saddles or merchandise are a final sale.
